These terms apply to the Third Mind Notes app by Mind Goblin Studios, LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Third Mind Notes stores your notes as local files on your device. You own your notes. You are responsible for managing and backing up your local files unless you enable cloud sync.
AI features send the text or workspace context you choose to work with to the AI model provider you configured, only when you invoke those features. You are responsible for the provider account you connect and for complying with that provider's terms.
Some premium features require an active Third Mind Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Do not use the app to violate any law or third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mind Goblin Studios, LLC is not liable for data loss; please keep backups of important files.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
